6 year anniversary celebration & sale!
Fact: It’s been six years since Tilde first opened our doors! That’s six years of discovering those creatives who design amazing handbags, jewelry, and wallets. Six years of happening upon the most perfect ceramics, candles, and cards. Six years of working with artists we completely love to showcase in our ever-changing art shows. As we move towards the lucky number seven, we’re geared up to continue finding the newest designs for you, your home, and all your friends who luck out when you buy them a gift from Tilde!
We’ll be serving an extra special Blue Kangaroo Coffee Roasters iced beverage all day long – it’s their cult favorite Portland Ice Tea! What’s in it? You’ll have to swing by and find out!

Sahlia Michelle Jewelry
We are happy to be overflowing with new styles from the local jewelry designer Sahlia Michelle. Her unique and sexy combination of traditional metal smith techniques with modern designs and materials allow for the most gorgeous, drapey designs to emerge from her Portland, Oregon studio.
Raw semi-precious gemstones, hand-pounded sterling silver, and her signature recycled molten silver droplets are the core elements of the Sahlia Jewelry Collection. The business is based, too, on sustainable practices that manifest in all aspects of the jewelry-making process, from concept to finished piece. All materials are purchased locally from environmentally/socially responsible sources, including reused and recycled whenever possible.
Beautiful, elegant, unique jewelry with a conscience is super sexy – and, super sexy on you this summer, for certain!

Mywalit wallets (!) from Italy to you
Welcome to the largest assortment of super soft, super colorful wallets that have ever existed within our shop’s walls. Wallets for all your walleting needs. Big billfolds, little wallets, coin purses, small traveling wallets. (Get the feeling we are going to use ‘wallet’ aLOT in this post? Get ready.)
In addition to Mywalit‘s gorgeous women’s wallets, this fab Italian line has just released their very popular men’s wallet line to the US. For years these wallets have been picked up by those traveling around Europe, but have never seen our shores.
Not anymore, however! We proudly welcome six different styles of men’s wallets, all of them quite cool. Definitely styled differently than boring domestic wallets, these sweet gems have different types of compartments to hold bills and cards. And, we have to admit that these euro-billfolds might just be better designs that what our guys have been walking around with crammed in their pockets all these years…

Eco-conscious Urban Junket tote bags
We are quite excited to have found a new handbag line that is uber-convertible, ultra eco-conscious, and totally stylish to boot! Tracy Dyer is the brains behind Urban Junket bags and wanted to create a functional handbag, made from durable materials and designed with efficiency in mind to allow you to stay “organized while protecting your treasures during the daily journeys that define your life.”
She created the T.O.T.E. (To Observe The Earth) collection made from 70% recycled materials. 100% cotton canvas and an eco-friendly dying process is used to create the rich colors of the bags exterior. We love that RPET fabric is used for all of their lining material. RPET is made from recycled plastic bottles that undergo high temperature washing and sterilization before being made into thread which is then dyed using non-toxic vegetable dyes.
Yes, these bags are eco-awesome, but they also look cool and have a ton of functional/organizational pockets inside to meet your needs as you jet about your busy day. You can use the hip blue snaps to change the bag from a work tote to a shoulder bag to a boxy handbag, depending on your mood and need. T.O.T.E. bags even comes with an additional cross-body strap so you can really make tracks without fear of dropping your stuff.
Urban Junket’s mantra is to “combine inspired and unique styling with everyday functionality. We know it can be done and we don’t believe that anyone should have to sacrifice one for the other.” We totally agree.

Tilde’s Anniversary Sale & Party – September 18th
