Ordering

You can place an order through our online shop for the featured products available at that time.

We also accept phone orders during our operating hours for anything in stock within our shop. Orders can be placed Tuesday through Saturday, 10am-6pm and Sunday 12-5pm. Call 503.234.9600 for more information.

Sales Tax

You won't be charged a sales tax as you are ordering from a business based in lovely Portland, Oregon where sales tax is still not charged.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100 within the US! We ship by USPS First Class Shipping to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. You can opt for USPS Priority or Express Mail for faster deliveries. Once in transit First Class Shipping can take 5-7 days to arrive, Priority Mail delivers in 2-3 days and Express Mail delivers overnight to most areas.

We do not process orders or ship on Sundays or major holidays.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
We make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you have ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order and we will immediately refund your payment.

We can ship internationally. Please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss international shipping rates.

Payment

For online purchases, we accept payment via Paypal.

For phone orders, we accept payment with Visa or Mastercard.

Return Policy

With receipt, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full refund made to the original method of payment. Products must be unused and in re-saleable condition. Refund is given in the amount that was paid for the product(s). Any promo codes or coupons that were used for original purchase will not be credited and deemed expired if they are no longer valid at time of subsequent purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is determined the product is damaged.

All sale items are final, no returns or credit.

Tilde does not offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it and purchase the item you wish in its place.

Please contact us by e-mail to receive a return confirmation prior to sending your shipment back.

Tilde does not pay for return shipping or grant refunds for items that arrive in our shop in damaged condition.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone at 503.234.9600 and we will promptly arrange a replacement or return. Tilde must be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
