We’ll happily accept merchandise orders through our online website 24 hours a day. We also accept phone orders during our operating hours Monday through Saturday, 10am-6pm and Sunday 12-5pm. Phone orders can be placed by calling 503.234.9600. We ask for your patience with phone orders as it can be busy on our sales floor and we cannot always answer the phone. If you get our voicemail please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
No sales tax is charged for purchases at Tilde! You are ordering from a business based in lovely Portland, Oregon where sales tax is not charged.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or exchanges accompanied by a gift receipt. All items MUST be in original packaging with tags attached.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Body care items (such as lotions & lip balm).
- Anything purchased at a sale price.
- Watches with bands that have been resized.
- Items that have been used and are no longer in perfect, re-saleable condition.
REFUND/EXCHANGE OF PURCHASES MADE IN OUR BRICK & MORTAR:
- Within 14 days of purchase, we can refund the purchase price to the original method of payment.
- Within 30 days of purchase, items can be exchanged for another product or store credit valid for one year.
REFUND/EXCHANGE OF PURCHASES MADE ONLINE:
- Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, we can refund the purchase price to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is determined the product is damaged.
- Any promo codes or coupons that were used for original purchase cannot be credited for future use.
- Tilde does not offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it and purchase the item you wish in its place.
- Tilde does not pay for return shipping or grant refunds for items that arrive in our shop in damaged condition.
- Please contact us by e-mail to receive a return confirmation prior to sending your shipment back.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone at 503.234.9600 and we will promptly arrange a replacement or return. Tilde must be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
