TEA TOWEL: When Everyone Came To Tea Wedgewood
This design started out as a paper cut, inspired by a birthday tea, where all Heather’s vintage teacups and mugs ended up piled up in the kitchen sink!
Made from absorbent cotton, perfect for drying the dishes, each towel has a woven Skinny laMinx tag on the side and a convenient corner tag for hanging on a hook.
Size: 48 x 70cm / 18.9" x 27.5"
• Wash by hand in cold water, using mild detergent. Line dry, do not tumble, and do not dry clean. Possible shrinkage: 4%

Based in South Africa, Heather Moore’s simple, clean pattern designs and unusual color palette are inspired by everyday things, her love of midcentury style and an eclectic dose of African chic.
In 2007 she started screen-printing her patterns onto fabric, just for fun. Next thing, her hobby had become a business called Skinny laMinx, and the things she’d designed could be found in stores & homes around the globe. She opened her chic little store on Cape Town’s Bree Street in 2011, and have enjoyed watching the neighborhood grow into the best shopping district in the city.
With her design and production studio above the shop, she and her team come up with all the patterns and designs, screen print on 100% cotton fabric, use water-based inks, then cut and stitch them into beautiful things for the world to enjoy.
Designed and made in South Africa.
